About the role

As a requirements analyst, you play a central role in translating business needs into clear requirements and usable solutions. You work closely with our product owners, developers, UX designers, and testers in agile teams and are responsible for ensuring that requirements gathering and documentation are done in a structured and quality-assured manner, translating overarching business requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

Your mission

• Identify, analyze, and document requirements together with the business.
• Describe functions and flows in a clear and structured manner.
• Ensure that requirements are implemented correctly through testing and verification.
• Collaborate with development teams in an agile working method.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation.

Your profile

• University degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation in development projects.
• Good ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Meritorious with knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and structured with a strong understanding of both technology and business.
• An interest in the business and how technology affects the customer experience is an important trait.
• You are proficient in both English and Swedish, spoken and written.
